Esperto, software for professional firms and businesses in regulated sectors
Esperto is a web application developed by Esperto S.r.l. for practitioners of regulated professions and for businesses operating in regulated sectors. It brings together clients, engagements, documents, deadlines and client communications in one place.
What it does
- Client and engagement files, with documents, deadlines and tasks.
- Tools that support the professional's work; the professional always reviews and decides.
- Client communications, including WhatsApp, linked to each file.
Each firm or business connects its own WhatsApp Business account to Esperto; the account stays in its own Meta business portfolio. Through Esperto, its staff send messages they have written or approved to their own clients who have agreed to be contacted on WhatsApp: document requests, deadlines, updates on their engagements. The clients' replies appear in each client's file.
Esperto uses data received from Meta only to send and receive these messages, show their delivery status and manage the firm's or business's message templates. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or share it. Each firm or business can disconnect its account at any time and export or delete its data.
Your data
Esperto S.r.l. processes the data of the clients of firms and businesses on their behalf, as a data processor under Article 28 GDPR. Servers are located in the European Union (OVHcloud, France).
